This is perfect opportunity for you to deepen your practices, learn the art of teaching with adjustment, and experience the ancient science of Yoga, all this without being absent from your work and regular income. This is the Training to learn, practice, relax and rejuvenate your potential to become successful Yoga Teacher.

This Teacher training courses include the study and practice of various styles such as Hatha/Ashtanga/Vinyasa creative series, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Anatomy & Physiology, Alignment and Adjustment Workshops. Our Teacher Training course will enable you with all the tools and confidence you need to become a successful yoga teacher and will help you on your personal yoga journey too.

We will ensure the proper and step-by-step learning with a strong foundation of History and Philosophical knowledge upon which you build your teaching and personal practice. Even if you are a beginner and want to take challenge and work harder while maintaining respect for the limitations of your body, you are welcome to join this Yoga Teacher Training course.

What I Will Learn?

100 Hours Techniques, training and teaching practice:

Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mantra Chanting, Meditation and other traditional Yoga techniques.

Analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques.

Guided practice of the techniques.

25 Hours Teaching methodology:

Learn about communication skills such as group dynamics, time management, establishment of priorities and limitation.

Principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting to students.

Teaching styles & Qualities of a teacher

20 Hours Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga:

To learn about human anatomy and physiology (systems, organs, etc.)

May also include energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, Nadis, etc.).

Includes both the study of anatomy and physiology along with its application to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns, etc.)

30 Hours of Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers:

The study of Yoga Philosophy and traditional texts

Yoga lifestyle, such as the precept of non-violence (ahimsa), and the concepts of dharma and karma.

Ethics for yoga teachers, teacher – student relationships and community relationship.

Understanding the value of teaching yoga as a service and giving service to others (seva)

25 Hours of teaching practice:

Practice teaching as a lead instructor (does not include assisting, observing or giving feedback)

Receiving and giving feedback by Observing others teaching

Assisting students while someone else is teaching

Other add on in 200 Hrs YTTC course:

Advance asana practice: Back bending, Arm Balance, Core practice, etc.

Naturopathy and basic Ayurveda.

Learn how to be confident in Yoga Class Management.

How Do I know If I Am Eligible for This TTC ?

If you love practicing Yoga and have been practicing consistently for some time or willing to start, that is enough but few things good to keep in mind to be part of this  training.   

Health and Physical conditions

Student should be in healthy conditions and having no serious injury before joining this course. 

Pregnancy at any stage will not be suitable to apply for the course.

Attendance and Assignments

100% participation will be expected in all classes of 200 Hrs TTC course schedule.

Must pass a practical teaching examination assigned by teacher in this TTC. Don’t worry! we will prepare you to do that.

Language and Communication

Course is for international students so English communication must be fair. But As the course is happening in Thailand translation from English to Thai in the classroom will be offerd if required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Students will be responsible to take care their course materials inside and outside of class. All students must be prepared to work hard in the TTC course. In case of any Emergency situations where students are unable to attend class should be informed to teachers. 

Be kind to other students and participants and keep studio place neat and clean before you leave. 

Style and Certification

This TTC is multi-style course and you will be trainned in all leading styles famous in practice nowadays i.e. Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow etc. 

We are Registered Yoga School (RYS200 and RYS300) by Yoga Alliance so you will get Yoga Alliance certification. 

Is this course is residential?

This is full-time course with weekend off days. We do not provide accomodation and food but if you want our help to look or book a accomodation for you near to our Yoga Studio, we will be happy to assist you.
